These terms govern use of the BlackRidge Institute website and reservations made through it. Using the site means accepting them.
This site is operated by BlackRidge Systems LLC, a California limited liability company trading as BlackRidge Institute.
You may read, print, and share pages for your own professional purposes. You may quote from the site with attribution.
You may not copy substantial parts of the site to republish as your own, use it to build a competing product or dataset, scrape it at a scale that burdens the service, or remove attribution from material you share.

Seats on published dates are sold at the published price, the same for every customer. Private sessions are quoted in writing. You can pay by card or bank transfer through our payment processor, Stripe, by purchase order, or by SF 182 for federal training requests. Invoices are due within 30 days unless your quote says otherwise.
A published date is confirmed to run once 8 people have reserved. If it has not reached 8 by its registration closing date, you choose between a seat on the next date and a full refund.
Seats on a published date. Cancel 14 or more calendar days before the session for a full refund. Inside 14 days we do not refund, but you may move the seat once, at no charge, to any published date within six months, or send someone else in your place. A registrant who does not attend and has not transferred or substituted forfeits the seat.
Substitutions are free at any time before the session. Because every participant takes the Leadership Readiness Diagnostic beforehand, tell us as early as you can so the new participant has time to complete it.
Private sessions. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 30 days’ notice, to a date within six months. Cancelling 30 or more days before the session carries no fee. Cancelling 15 to 29 days before carries a fee of 50% of the session price, and cancelling 14 days or fewer before carries the full price. Venue or travel costs already committed on your behalf are billed at cost in every case. Where a signed quote or purchase order sets different terms, that document governs.
If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, you choose between a new date and a full refund.
Government orders are governed by the terms of the order or contract under which they are placed.
