In-person sessions are held in the city listed, at a venue confirmed before registration closes. Virtual sessions are live online and open to individuals from any organization. Every full day runs the same curriculum, and so does every half day. A date is confirmed to run once 8 people have reserved a spot; if it does not reach 8 by the closing date, you are offered the next session or a full refund.
A full day on the move every leader makes at every level: letting go of the work that made you good, and getting results through the people you now lead. Includes the Leadership Readiness Diagnostic, all materials, and a written summary to the sponsor afterward.

Leading at Every Level is a single session, full day or half day, open to leaders at any level from any organization. The workshop page covers what a session includes, the two formats, and who it is built for.
Leading at Every Level →SHIFT, ARENA, ASCENT and EDGE are multi-day programs, each built for one leadership transition, from a first supervisory role to the enterprise. They run as cohorts or on request for a single organization.
