Semantic headings in document order, so structure is navigable by screen reader. Text alternatives on meaningful images, and empty alt attributes on decorative ones so they are skipped. Color contrast checked against AA for body and interface text. Full keyboard operability, with visible focus. Layout that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling. Motion that respects the operating-system reduced-motion setting, the rotating homepage hero stops animating when that preference is set.
The rotating hero advances automatically. It pauses on hover and stops entirely under reduced-motion settings, and every destination it links to is reachable from the navigation.
