What information does The Blackridge Institute collect?

We collect your name, email, phone number, and professional background when you enroll in our program. During the six-week course, we also gather assessment data from your EQ-i 2.0 evaluation and leadership readiness evaluations to personalize your 90-day development plan.

How do you use my personal data?

Your data is used to deliver the leadership readiness program, generate your personalized development plan, and communicate program updates via email. We don't share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Is my assessment data confidential?

Yes. Your EQ-i 2.0 Assessment Report and all leadership readiness evaluations are confidential and stored securely. Only you and our team at The Blackridge Institute can access your assessment results and development plan.

How long do you keep my information?

We retain your enrollment and assessment data for the duration of your program and 90-day follow-up period. After that, we keep records for compliance purposes as required by law, then securely delete your personal information upon request.

Can I request to see or delete my data?

How do you protect my data during Zoom sessions?

Our live weekly Zoom sessions use encrypted connections and password protection. Session recordings are stored securely and are not shared publicly. Your participation details remain confidential between you and The Blackridge Institute.
